2 cups milk
1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Cooking instructions:
Place milk in heavy large saucepan. Scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean. Bring mixture to simmer. Whisk yolks and sugar in medium bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture. Return mixture to saucepan stir over medium-low heat until custard thickens and leaves path on back of spoon when finger is drawn across, about 3 minutes; do not boil. Strain into bowl. Mix in whipping cream. Cover; refrigerate until well chilled.
Mix liqueur into custard. Process custard in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding chocolate when ice cream is almost set. Freeze ice cream in covered container.

OMG, naglaway naman ako dito. I eat any white ice cream, ayoko kasi ng chocolate flavor. Unless it's a white chocolate.
