Ingredients:
2 tbsp lime juice

1 2/3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2/3 cups raisins
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup dark molasses
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs, beaten to blend
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 3/4 cups pecans, toasted

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted, cooled

For Filling
1 1/2 cup shipping cream
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (about 2 ounces)
