Fresh strawberries in whipping cream..it doesn't get much better or easier than this.
Prepare:
4 cups sliced strawberries
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups whipping cream
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 tea biscuits or small sponge cakes
2 tbsp sifted icing sugar
8 whole strawberries
