If you are a certified beef lover, here's a simple and nutritious recipe for you.


Prepare:

3 to 4 pounds beef blade pot roast
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon shortening
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
5 carrots, cut into fourths
1 pound zucchini, cut into fourths
(about 4 small)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
An intriguing salad of mixed greens, roasted red onions and cheese.

Prepare:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar or 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried, crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried, crumbled
